Your first point is well made out as t...Dear Abhik,<br />Your first point is well made out as to how Warren Anderson was allowed to leave the country while on bail.<br />However, to my mind it is not that the hands of the trial court were tied down because the trial court had a power of imposing a maximum punishment of 2 years on EACH count!
