I was reading your book on this topic ...Hello Sir,<br /><br />I was reading your book on this topic and had a doubt, while searching for an answer to that i landed on this page...<br /><br />As per Judges Inquiry Act, when the motion is admitted on the same day in both the houses, a committee is formed jointly by speaker and chairman. And if motions are admitted on different dates, then the motion admitted on the later date stands rejected.<br /><br />So for example, when motion is first admitted in Rajya Sabha, <br />(1) will the Chairman alone constitutes a committee??<br />(2) If yes, after the motion is passed with special majority and sent to Lok Sabha, can it also form a committee or will it have to rely on report of RS committee??Sandyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04853514490107720102noreply@blogger.com
